On April 5 and 7, a delegation of specialists from the East Siberian Railway visited the Irkutsk production site of the company Enerpred, timed to coincide with the upcoming World Day of Creativity and Innovation.

Representatives of the enterprise Enerpred not only familiarized railway workers with the full cycle of tool production, but also demonstrated finished products that are used for various works on the railway. In addition to standard jacks and cylinders, the railway also uses small gear pullers, track straighters, rail spreaders, rail bends, sets of equipment for emergency recovery work, devices for unscrewing end nuts and closing the hatches of gondola cars, as well as other hydraulic equipment. In emergency situations, an emergency rescue tool is used, which allows you to cut bars, fittings, open doors, unclench twisted structures, and, if necessary, move wagons from their places.

"The baggage that our colleagues from Enerpred have can and should be used," Nikolai Buzko, Deputy head of the East Siberian Railway in the Irkutsk region, summed up. – It is necessary to be more actively involved in the process of innovative development, to interact. This is certainly useful for JSC "Russian Railways".
